I like solving infrastructure problems.
My career started in technical support and moved toward system administration and infrastructure management. I work with on-premises business environments covering Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, firewalls and basic networking.
I enjoy building high-end PCs, exploring different technologies and learning through hands-on work. When I face a problem I do not know, I research it, test possible solutions and work through the issue.
My next career focus is Azure administration, cloud resource deployment and resource management, while continuing to use my on-premises infrastructure experience.

Deploy Hyper-V virtual machines based on infrastructure requirements. This includes creating a reusable master VM and deploying role-based VMs such as Domain Controller, File Server and Database Server.

PowerShell Administration & Microsoft 365 Automation
Practical scripting & administration
Worked on PowerShell workflows for two practical administration tasks: user onboarding, and Microsoft 365 license/mailbox-based group management. The onboarding workflow reduced one process from approximately 20 minutes to under 3 minutes. The second workflow checks Microsoft 365 users for license and mailbox status, compares the results with on-premises AD, and updates an AD group so only users with qualifying mailboxes remain members.

Practical scripting for administration.
I use PowerShell to automate repeatable Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration tasks. I work with existing scripts, adapt them to requirements, build new workflows, test them and troubleshoot issues until the process works as intended.
I have worked on user onboarding automation as well as a Microsoft 365 workflow that checks license and mailbox status and keeps an on-premises AD group aligned with mailbox eligibility.
